Privacy Policy – MUIZI Tracker

1. Introduction

MUIZI Tracker ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Guild Data Collection

When MUIZI Tracker is added to a Discord server we may store:

Guild (server) ID
Guild bug statistics. (bug counters)
Forum channel ID, staff role ID, ping role ID (server config)
Bug thread IDs and thread titles (as submitted by users)
Reporter user IDs (discord ID)
Bug status and timestamps
Command and event response time

We do NOT collect message content (exc. title), usernames, email addresses, passwords, or any data beyond what is listed above.

If you would like to delete your guild data, please kick the bot. If you kick it while it's offline, please open a ticket or email our support team to request data deletion.

3. User Data Collection

When MUIZI Tracker is used by a user, we may store:

UserID (Reporter ID)
Number of bugs opened
Status of user bugs
User configuration
Dashboard user cache
Timestamps
Command and event response time

We do NOT collect message content (exc. title), usernames, email addresses, passwords, or any data beyond what is listed above.

Please open a ticket or email our support team to request/delete your data.

4. How We Use Data

Collected data is used solely to provide and improve MUIZI Tracker's bug-tracking features. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as MUIZI Tracker remains in your server. When you remove the bot, you may request deletion of your server's data by contacting us through the support server. Bug data is removed after the bug is effectively deleted. How long it takes for a bug to delete/expire depends on your subscription status.

6. Data Security

Data is stored in a MongoDB database with access restricted to authorised developers. We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored data.

7. Third-party Services

MUIZI Tracker runs on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We may also use Google APIs; no user data is sent to Google.

8. Analytics

MUIZI Tracker as well as our main domain "evtrg" collects anonymous analytics. Services like Cloudflare and Umami collects anonymous analytics from the website. MUIZI Tracker collects analytics when a bug is created or deleted. These logs helps tell us on the usage of MUIZI Tracker as well as helping us with bugs that occur.

9. Children's Privacy

MUIZI Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Contact us via the support server to make a request.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
